Celebration Lager

We set the brewers the challenge to make a truly great lager that pays respect to its roots. They were given the space and time to create something where we know no shortcut was taken and everything was in place to create a great tasting beer. The result is our celebration lager, a Festbier designed to pair as well with the classic roasts, the seafood platters and everything in between.

Vital Stats:
ABV: 5.4%  IBU: 20
Malts: Weyermann Barke Pilsner, Weyermann Munich Type 1, Weyermann Carahell
Hops:  Kettle – Magnum, Hallertau Mittelfrűh, Tettnang
Whirlpool- Hallertau Mittelfrűh
Yeast: W34/70

Appearance: Pale gold, brilliant clarity and soft white foam.

Aroma and Flavour: Sweet lightly caramelised malt, honey, crusty white bread, soft and delicate fruity yeast esters. Herbal and earthy hop character with pleasant fruity notes of pear and light banana.

Mouthfeel: A rich smooth body that really coats your tongue with sweet caramel and fruity character. A moderately dry finish and very slight bitter linger. Medium to high carbonation.

Pair it with: Enjoy this delicious lager with any festive meal enjoyed with loved ones.
