Soft yellow with a light brown tinge and slightly hazy. Strong and vibrant ginger with a slight heat that is balanced beautifully with a sweet and juicy body. Fermentation character builds on the palate and provides complexity and a rounded mouthfeel with a fresh ginger kick on the finish.

Soft yellow in colour with a light haze. Juicy and vibrant lemon with a crisp acidity and balanced sweetness. Subtle fermentation character provides some complexity and mouthfeel that makes this beverage enjoyable and sessionable. Medium carbonation.

Mega Golden Stout Time

Originally brewed for GABS in 2020 as a nod to our incredibly successful Golden Stout Time. This version of our beloved dessert beer is a bigger, bolder and boozier version.

Vital Stats:
ABV: 8.0% IBU: 10
Malts: Pale, Rolled Oats, Dark Crystal, Roasted Wheat, Dark Chocolate, Roasted Barley, Biscuit
Hops: Kettle: Flex (bittering)
Yeast: US-05

Additions: Toffee and honeycomb flavour
Appearance: Black opaque with tight brown foam
Aroma and Flavour: Lucious Chocolate, coffee, caramel, toffee, sweet baked biscuits overlayed with toffee and honeycomb
Mouthfeel: decadently sweet with a roasty richness, smooth warming alcohol and low bitterness
Pair it with: A good high quality vanilla ice cream or after dinner as a stand-alone dessert.

Double Californicator – West Coast IIPA

Basically, we took our beloved Californicator and essentially doubled everything.

Vital Stats:
ABV: 9.8% IBU: 80 (OG Cali 60)
Malts: Gladfield American Ale, Gladfield Light Crystal
Hops: Kettle: Flex Whirlpool: Chinook, Centennial (as per OG Cali)
Active Ferment and Post Ferment Dry Hop: Chinook, Centennial (as per OG Cali)
Yeast: BRY-97
Appearance: Light to medium amber, which is slightly darker than OG Cali due to doubling the light crystal in the grist. Generous white foam.
Aroma and Flavour: Classic Cali aromas but significantly amplified. Very prominent sweet malt dominates along with warming alcohol and the classic Cali hop aromas. Fruity aromas of grapefruit, orange zest, tropical fruits, fresh grassiness and pine. Really sweet caramel and honey flavours. A bolder and firmer bitterness is very welcome and helps balance out the big sticky sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Very full, thick and sticky . Very strong upfront sweetness that gives way a little to the bitterness and mild warming alcohol.
Pair it with: Curry dishes, grilled meats or just shared with your best mate
