Desi Driver is Big Shed’s take on the style and is brewed for the responsible drinker who loves the taste of craft beer but wants to skip the booze for whatever reason.
The beer has a citrus, passionfruit, pine and resin flavour predominantly from the late hopping. The low percentage of specialty malt lets the hops dominate the palate. Bitterness is restrained also, which enhances the beers drinkability. The beer has a slight intentional tartness to provide some added complexity.
