Description

The beer has a citrus, passionfruit, pine and resin flavour predominantly from the late hopping. The low percentage of specialty malt lets the hops dominate the palate. Bitterness is restrained also, which enhances the beers drinkability. The beer has a slight intentional tartness to provide some added complexity.
