Vicious Evolution – Mango & Coconut Smoothie Sour

Curiosity paired with an intention to push our boundaries with our sour beers led to ‘Mango Coconut Smoothie sour’.

The base beer was inspired by our standard sour base except this had more wheat, rolled oats and gladiator malt to give the beer the thick body and mouthfeel that this style is known for. A crazy amount of fruit was added to the bright beer tank on the day of packaging. This beer is refreshingly thick, sweet and tart making it a great beverage to have on a hot and sunny day.

Aroma: Big sweet ripe mango with subtle coconut undertones.
Flavour: Well-balanced sweet mango and tart flavours from the souring yeast. Underlying coconut adds a bit of complexity to the overall mango flavour.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied, super thick, super juicy smoothie style.
