Yeast: Verdant

Appearance: Pale yellow and very hazy with soft white foam.
Aroma and Flavour: Strong fruity aromas of mango, papaya, peach, apricot, pineapple and citrus with floral yeast esters, grassy and herbal notes.
Mouthfeel: Big thick body with high residual sweetness. Soft fluffy mouthfeel and a lingering bitterness that is carried by a long sweet finish. Moderate carbonation.
Pair it with: Burgers, wings or slow cooked ribs.
