Boozy Fruit – New England IPA

Hazy Pale
$9.00 – $105.00Fruity aromas dominate this delicious beer with peach, grape and honeydew melon. Following this, there are also slight pine notes present. The overall hop intensity is low to medium which lets the natural fermentation flavours come through. The acidic, medium-dry finish helps cut through and cleanse the palate left from soft cheeses such as brie or camembert, making it a perfect accompaniment to a cheese platter.

It has a delicate malt body and subtle bitterness with prominent grapefruit aromas from the generous addition of Mosaic hops. It all adds up to a very refreshing mid-strength pale with loads of flavour that defies its reduced alcohol.
