JETTY JUMPER

Mid Strength Pale Ale | ABV: 3.5%
Jetty Jumper is our session pale. Being a mid-strength (3.5% ABV) you can have a couple and still do whatever you need to do. It has a delicate malt body and subtle bitterness with prominent grapefruit aromas from the generous addition of Mosaic hops. It all adds up to a very refreshing mid-strength pale with loads of flavour that defies its reduced alcohol.

KOL SCHISEL

Australian Pale Ale | ABV: 4.3%
This ale masquerading as a lager is a cracking beer for those unsure that they are into ‘craft’ beers. Subtle, bready malts backed up with a gentle hop spiciness. It’s light on the booze so you can fill up the esky, grab some mates and relax with a couple in the warm Aussie sun. It’s particularly well partnered with crumbed fish, calamari or sushi.

ROYAL PARK LAGER

Lager | ABV: 5%
The humble lager, sometimes maligned in the indie beer scene but secretly loved by brewers and craft drinkers alike. Clean malt, spicy hops and lovingly tank conditioned, RPL is our homage to flavourful lagers and our home, Royal Park. Thirst quenching and unmatched drinkability, yep, we love it!

F-YEAH

American Pale Ale | ABV: 5.5%
F-Yeah is our tribute to the craft beer staple, the American Pale Ale. A base pale malt provides the foundation and ably supports the aromatic and biscuit malt, giving the beer its backbone. Hops are added at start of boil and again at the end providing the citrus aroma balancing a firm bitterness. A full-strength beer to be enjoyed at any time, pairing well with pork belly, spicy wings or burger.

HAZY PALE

Hazy Pale | ABV: 4.3%
Fruity aromas dominate this delicious beer with peach, grape and honeydew melon. Following this, there are also slight pine notes present. The overall hop intensity is low to medium which lets the natural fermentation flavours come through. The acidic, medium-dry finish helps cut through and cleanse the palate left from soft cheeses such as brie or Camembert, making it a perfect accompaniment to a cheese platter.

CALIFORNICATOR

West Coast IPA | ABV: 7.5%
Californicator is a classic West Coast style IPA. The hops bring a firm bitterness as well as aromas of citrus, pine and apricot. A simple but full malt bill brings increased alcohol and a honey like sweetness for balance. This is a big beer that works best with big flavours like spicy curries but can also pair surprising well with creamy desserts.

BOOZY FRUIT

New England IPA | ABV: 6.2% Low bitterness and juicy sweetness. A big flavour filled hazy NEIPA, loaded with hops there is plenty of citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple, passionfruit. Spiked with tropical fruit flavours to smash you in your face holes and instantly take you back to that first bite of a blistering cold frosty fruit on a 40 degree day after sueys off the local jetty with your mates. People Choice 2018 GABS Winner.

GOLDEN STOUT TIME

Dessert Stout | ABV: 5.4% Golden Stout Time was originally brewed for the GABS Festival in 2015. It is made to replicate the flavours and aromas of the iconic Australian treat, the Golden Gaytime. The flavours of honeycomb, toffee and vanilla are all combined with a very delicious and very different stout. The rich nature lends itself to chocolate creamy desserts or as a dessert itself.

STRAIGHT UP

Apple Cider | ABV: 4.8% Sensible is not something we are known for. However people keep asking for a ‘sensible’ cider, no crazy booze, no weird fruits, just apple. Enter Straight Up, Adelaide Hills apple juice, fermented clean, crisp and delicious. Have it on ice or straight from the can. Who knew sensible could taste so good?

FRANKENBROWN (Seasonal)

American Brown | ABV: 5.3% Frankenbrown is a hopped up American Brown Ale. A high percentage of specialty grain brings the malt, chocolate and coffee notes. The bitterness and aroma comes from a hit of hops added throughout the boil as well as dry hopping. Great any time of year but works especially well in the cooler months with roast meats.

HARD LEMONADE

ABV 5.4% Soft yellow in colour with a light haze. Juicy and vibrant lemon with a crisp acidity and balanced sweetness. Subtle fermentation character provides some complexity and mouthfeel that makes this beverage enjoyable and sessionable. Medium carbonation.

RASPBERRY LEMONADE

ABV 5.4% Bright pink in colour with a slight haze. Refreshing lemon, juicy and fragrant raspberry. Tart acidity combined with a luscious sweet body makes for a really enjoyable drink for any occasion.

ORANGE & PASSIONFRUIT

ABV 5.4% Light orange in colour with a slight haze. Fragrant orange and floral passionfruit aromas. Orange sweetness with a punch of passionfruit. Slightly tart acidity with big sweet and juicy orange that fills your palate with the taste of summer.

GINGER BEER

ABV 5.4% Soft yellow with a light brown tinge and slightly hazy. Strong and vibrant ginger with a slight heat that is balanced beautifully with a sweet and juicy body. Fermentation character builds on the palate and provides complexity and a rounded mouthfeel with a fresh ginger kick on the finish.
